Refined Eyecare Optometry is proud to be a leading provider of OptiLight IPL in Torrance - offering this advanced treatment to help patients find lasting relief from dry eye.

Yasmeen Lakhani was born and raised in Visalia, California, and attended the University of California Irvine where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton.
